Work permits
Work permit is issued by the voivode competent for the seat or place of residence of the entrusting entity or because of the seat of the entity to which the foreigner is delegated. The permit is issued only at the written request of the entity that wants to entrust the work to a foreigner.
The permit specifies the entity entrusting the performance of work by a foreigner, position or type of work performed by a foreigner, the lowest remuneration that a foreigner may receive in a given position, the amount of working time or the number of working hours in a week or month, the type of contract being the basis for performing the work and the period of validity of the permit .

An employer applies for a work permit and the permit applies only to work for that particular employer. It is not valid if you are employed in another company.

He works for a foreign employer and is delegated to the territory of the Republic of Poland for a period exceeding 30 days in a calendar year to a branch or plant of a foreign entity or a related entity within the meaning of the Act of 26 July 1991 on personal income tax (Journal of Laws from 2012, item 361, as amended3) with a foreign employer – type C permit,
Performs work for a foreign employer without a branch, plant or other form of organized activity on the territory of the Republic of Poland and is delegated to the territory of the Republic of Poland to provide temporary and occasional services (export service) – type D permit,
He performs work for a foreign employer and is delegated to the territory of the Republic of Poland for a period exceeding 30 days during the next six months for a purpose other than that indicated in points 2-4 – permit type E,
He performs work on the territory of the Republic of Poland in the scope of activities specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Family, Labor and Social Policy on subclasses of activities according to the PKD classification, in which seasonal work permits for a foreigner are issued, based on an agreement with the entity whose registered office or place of residence or branch , plant or other form of organized activity is located in the territory of the Republic of Poland (seasonal work) – permit type S.
